“The democratic constitutional state is the basis of our society.”

In the Senate Bob takes responsibility for security policy and judicial and domestic affairs. “The democratic constitutional state is the basis of our society. We must protect and preserve this constitutional state. A sound constitutional state costs the community money. That means that we must ensure that there is sufficient money available for a reliable and independent judicial power and that citizens have access to the law and to the courts, without financial barriers.”
