The SP in the Provincial Assemblies

The SP provides firm opposition not only on the national and local levels but also in the Provincial Assemblies. In the elections of 1987 the SP won its first seat at provincial level, in North Brabant. Since then we have won 83 representatives in all twelve Provincial Assemblies. As well as a sharp critique of the prevailing parties, the SP provides workable alternatives, based on sustained and frequent contact with the people.
